It would be helpful if actions taken for student concerns are visible on the Wellbeing Manager: Student Overview - Student Timeline. This would allow teachers to efficiently track and review individual concerns and actions, without the need to navigate to the action tab, ultimately saving time and supporting more timely interventions.
This is similar to our request https://ideas.isams.com/ideas/MIS-I-4497
The DSL having to use a report, rather than the main interface, to easily view actions and their outcomes feels like a workaround for a missing feature. The outcomes also contain information which it may be useful for other staff, who have visibility of the relevant student's concerns, to easily see and review without having to run a report or dip in and out of concerns and actions.
At the very least it feels like the action status should display on the timeline bubble and/or in the concerns list lower down the page.
An indicator on the timeline bubble could show that the concern has actions with the colour indicating whether there are any open or overdue actions.
The concerns list could then either switch to the expand to view actions proposed on my Concerns page idea, or include the 'actions status indicator' and allow you to click on that to go directly to the actions page.
Or a new 'Actions' table could be added which lists all open and closed actions across all concerns, with the ability to click to view that action.
There is a report that can be run for all actions and you can filter it to view all actions or all incomplete actions to ensure that all actions are completed. Individual users can also view their outstanding actions on the overview tab as well to make them quicker to view and access.
