When using the email wizard you are able to browse images from the image server that have been loaded by other people and in other emails. There is currently no way to restrict your access from the image server short of removing your access from being able to use the email wizard. This is a safeguarding concern as it is possible that confidential information might have been shared as an image. There should be a way to restrict users from being able to browse the image server.
